Answers to Recurring Questions...

I have to go away, what can I do about caring for my sheep?

You can just leave it, however your sheep will be in poor health.

If you must go away, you should either:
I don't have enough money to feed my sheep, walk it etc... how do I make it?

- Try to sell any items in your possession at the market (accessible after 7 days).

- Shear your sheep even if it has not reached 10cm length of wool. You can also go to the Forum for advice.

My sheep has a quality or morale higher than 20/20 (figure in red or blue), why?

Angora sheep have an exceptional quality of wool, they can thus exceed 20/20.

Nougat sheep have the same advantage with morale.

Is it possible to give or buy sheep? How do I get more sheep?
It is impossible to buy, sell, or trade sheep between players. In order to get more sheep, it's necessary for you to wait for reproduction at level 4, when your sheep becomes an adult.

If you do not like some of your sheep as much any longer, or find that your sheepfold is too small to accommodate all your sheep, you can sell your sheep back to the Kingdom, which will place them in Royal Careers, but you do not need to worry, they will be very well looked after and will be able to come to visit you.

I lost my Password! What can I do?
Try sending for your password by clicking on the "Forgotten Password" link on the first page. If you don't receive an email with it then it's best to create a new account, the old one will be removed after a few days.

Is it possible to have several fields in a sheepfold?
It is impossible to have several fields in a sheepfold. Each stockbreeder can buy a field for the sum of 20 fetis. On the other hand, you can diversify the cultures, plant hay, corn, flowers or mushrooms.

(See article Field)

My sheep was poisoned, Help!! What can I do?
Two cases are possible, firstly, your sheep ate a poisonous mushroom placed in its trough and it was not vaccinated against its effects. Your animal will lose one point of morale and weight for 3 days. Alternatively your sheep met a wild animal during its walk and was attacked, in this case do not worry, the effects of the poison should not last for very long. :)

A thief crept into my sheepfold, what's going on? Can I protect myself?
You were the victim of a sheep who has the thief bonus. He was able to steal an item from your inventory. Unfortunately for you, there is no way to protect yourself. There is a simple solution, however: fill your inventory with items of small value (brushes, feeding-bottle empties…), thus the robber will be likely more to take one of those than an item having more value. For your reassurance, you know that if it starts again, the thief has one chance in eight of being caught and tarred and feathered !

My alignment should change as shown in the table, but I don't progress, why?
It happens sometimes that when you reach the number of points necessary to pass from one rank to the next, no change is carried out. Example my index is 79, but I am still Angelic. In this case, give your sheep a few more flowers (or send more mushrooms…) in order to arrive at a number a little more significant than that required, and the modification should then be carried out.

How many sheep am I allowed to have?
A normal shepherd can accomodate twenty sheep in his sheepfold thanks to reproduction. Once this limit is exceeded, the Kingdom requires you to regularise your situation by sending your sheep to Royal Careers.

So in spite of this, if you still wish to keep your lambs, it will be necessary for you to pay an increasing tax each day which will quickly make you lose all your fetis. However, there exists a solution to have more sheep in ones flock: the speciality Intensive Breeding.

My sheep is bored, how can I give him something to do?
Is your sheep in careers bored? You don't entertain him enough! To cure this, you can send some treats to him by placing your cursor over him and choosing what you want to send him. If you do not have anything to give to him, he will stop bothering you for a few days.

Can we give treats to our sheep, or send surprises to them?
Of course that's possible! You need a treat in your inventory (available at the time of festivals and from the Enchanted Boutique). Go to your careers page, select your sheep, then with your cursor hover over it and choose what you wish to offer him. It should be noted that by sending treats to sheep in careers this increases their chances to obtain permission to come to visit you.

My sheep seem “stuck” in careers, why don't they reach higher levels?
It happens that certain careers are blocked. Recently this was solved, but if you encounter the problem, do not hesitate to announce on the forum (Bugs section & Technical problems).

I can't find the ingredients necessary to cast my spell.
You can find all spell ingredients for sale in the Haunted Cave. You can always go to the Magician's Market where you will find spell ingredients on sale, possibly at lower prices than the Haunted Cave! Go to the Town Centre then you'll see a link to the Magician's Market.

Flasks? Bags? What is they the difference, what are they used for?
Flasks and Bags are used for mixing magic ingredients for casting spells. Flasks are used to mix liquids whilst bags are for solids.

There is a giraffe, cow, pony, frog, rabbit or tortoise in the arena!
Sometimes when a magician sheep casts a spell it goes wrong and he is turned into one of those animals for a short time. If he then goes to the battle arena, he will still be a giraffe/cow etc!

My sheep had better stats but it lost its fight against another weaker opponent?
There is a random element in all fights so that it is not 100% certain that a sheep with better stats will always win against a weaker opponent. However, sometimes your sheep may lose simply because you have been fighting too long and it is tired.

I use Firefox and the infos-bubbles are too long, they appear truncated, I cannot read their contents!
Info-bubbles are the small textboxes which appear when the cursor of the mouse hovers over a useful item. Under Firefox, long bubbles are truncated. It is possible to see the text in its entirety by doing "right click/properties" but it is also possible to see the whole bubble by simply installing an extension for Firefox. It is available on this page.

Whilst loading images, their bottom is black or white, then returns to normal.
The problem most likely arises due to the fact that you are using an old version of your browser. Generally, this problem is noted by users of Internet Explorer 6.0 or AOL Explorer that handle the display of certain images badly. To solve this problem, we advise you to use Firefox, free browser software from Mozilla, or to download version 7.0 of IE.

I can't see any images in the game.
Go to play preferences (in the sheepfold, Preferences link), and test the 3 values for automatic images (Automatic, Yes, No), whilst clicking on the OK button each time. Another solution: install FireFox.

I registered but I cannot access the game.
Try retrieving your password by clicking on “Password forgotten” on the home page. If you don't receive it by email then it is best to create a new account, the old one will be removed after a few days.

Tchat is inaccessible.
Cause : Java is not installed on your machine (possible under certain versions of Windows XP). To solve this problem, download it (if the problem arises using Internet Explorer: http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/javavm.html - if you are using Firefox click on the instructions appearing in the window). Another solution is possible, download MkChannel, a script developed by k-e-f-o-u for Moutonking.
